Putting the Public Trust Doctrine to Work, 2nd Edition

First published by the CSO in 1990, the treatise was developed with the assistance of state coastal managers, and the CSO Legal Council comprised of coastal resource attorneys from throughout the nation. Putting the Public Trust Doctrine to Work, 2nd Edition includes:
