Reuters has released a new 2 part investigation, titled “Water’s Edge: The Crisis of Rising Sea Levels.”

Meanwhile, Washington remains too politically polarized to address the issue in any meaningful way.
Nowhere is the problem more pressing than in the Chesapeake Bay area, where small communities like centuries-old Saxis, unable to secure federal aid, are slowly sinking into the sea, while larger communities, and even a NASA facility, engage in a Sisyphean struggle to keep the water at bay, at ever greater expense to the American taxpayer.
